Based on the findings of an on-site unannounced survey completed April 25, 2022 through April 28, 2022, Penn Highlands Community Nurses Hospice was found to be in compliance under 42 CFR, Part 484.113, Subpart D, Conditions of Participation: Hospice Care - Emergency Preparedness.

Based on the findings of an unannounced onsite hospice Medicare recertification and state licensure survey conducted on April 25, 2022 through April 28, 2022, Penn Highlands Community Nurses Hospice, was found to be in compliance with the requirements of 42 CFR, Part 418, Subparts A, C, and D, Conditions of Participation: Hospice Care.
